The outsourcing of technical field services makes experienced field personnel available when and where needed without having the need for a large payroll. FraMisUS, LLC offers field services from opening a site before the first deliveries arrive through all phases (site preparation, material receiving, construction, commissioning, performance testing and closing down the site).

Plant shutdown support

In support of the annual plant shutdown for repairs and maintenance FraMisUS, LLC offers support in the preparation and organization of the downtime by doing field audits of the mechanic machine conditions months ahead of the shutdown to allow the plant to order needed spare parts and by preparing timelines / sequences for the execution of the work. During the shutdown itself FraMisUS, LLC is providing site supervision to ensure the effectiveness and the quality of the executed work.

Site preparation / Site shut-down

To support the project management in opening / closing international construction sites FraMisUS, LLC offers on-site preparations including but not being limited to: locations for site facilities; accommodation and transport for site personnel; necessary legal activities like work permits / visa and local workshops / vendors.

When the site activities are completed usually the temporary buildings need to be demolished, accounts need to be closed and all activities need to be finalized and shut-down.

The experienced and highly trained technical is too valuable and usually needed on other construction sites. Therefore the administrative tasks of opening / closing a site are either neglected or only done in bits and pieces. FraMisUS, LLC offers the execution of all related activities to free up the highly trained site personnel for the technical tasks only and to ensure an obstacle free start / stop of the site activities.

General Site Management

The personnel of FraMisUS, LLC has experience in the management and control of general site activities like material reception / storage / conservation, immigration of personnel, local connection management, co-ordination of sub-contractors, site accounting and all other matters related to a general site management.

Technical Site Management / Construction Management

The personnel of FraMisUS, LLC has extensive experience in the technical management of international sites including but not being limited to: co-ordination of site activities for all involved sub-contractors and sub-suppliers, managing of construction/commissioning work flow, related personnel and all related activities.

Commissioning (Cold / Hot) Management / Execution

Most projects are struggling during the commissioning phase because it is a general misconception that commissioning is "pushing the start button". Commissioning consists out of : Preparation of an interlocking system for the machinery within the battery limits, signal testing from field into MCC / I/O-Panels, motor rotation testing, signal testing from field into HMI/PLC, Interlocking testing, machine hardware check-out, Start/Stop sequence testing, machine no load run-ins, plant dry-run, first start with material, optimization of the plant process according to contractual data and finally the formal preparation, execution and documentation of the performance test This sequence of activities has to co-ordinate the efforts of all involved suppliers and contractors as well as the plant personnel.

FraMisUS, LLC is offering more than 15 years of experience in the scheduling, preparation, performance and management of commissioning activities on international job sites. We are able to provide work flow estimations and timelines, support for on-site preparations and finally as core business the execution of the commissioning itself from the first signal tests to the final performance testing, as listed above.

Process Optimization

Either as part of the commissioning of a new plant or to improve the operation of an existing plant FraMisUS, LLC offers complete reviews of grinding plants. These reviews consist out of Field Audits that will be tailored to the specific customer needs and will cover field measurements, control loop implementation / review, design reviews as well as mechanic inspections.
