Factory Power Audits

FraMisUS, LLC offers complete power consumption audits for entire cement production plants (quarry to product loading) or any part thereof.

These audits include a field review and update (or development) of lists for installed motors / electrical consumers, extensive measurements of all electric consumers, and an analysis of each plant department regarding the specific power consumption of each component and a general benchmarking of the entire plant and all departments on an international base.

The final report will point out plant areas with unusual high power consumption and will make recommendations for improvements/updates of the process and/or machinery as applicable.

This enables the plant management to schedule the most effective investments first and guarantees the best value for the money while the overall plant costs are significantly reduced.
