Safety Audits

FraMisUS, LLC offers complete plant safety audits with regards to machine and process safety for existing plant. Also support in the design and sizing of safety systems, strategies and procedures for new plants in the project phase is available. We are specialized in coal grinding plants utilizing state-of-the-art knowledge to avoid / suppress fires as well as to avoid / handle explosions.

Our audits include a review of the existing field installations and interlocking schematics (hardwired / software) based on NFPA12 regulations and extend to additional precautions based on actual industrial standards above and beyond the basic demands of the NFPA12.

The audits will result in detailed recommendations for improvements of the installed safety systems as well as the interlocking schematics in accordance to the NFPA12, local regulations and state-of-the-art industrial standards.

The design of safety systems for new plants ensures full compliance with NFPA12 and local fire marshal regulations and will use state-of-the-art knowledge above and beyond the regulations to meet the customer specifications.

In support of the plant operation FraMisUS, LLC develops safety strategies (hardware / interlocking) as well as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the safe operation of the plant and the handling of emergency situations. Part of our training services is the introduction of plant personnel to these SOPs and training in the handling and maintenance of the designed safety systems.
