Process Engineering

FraMisUS, LLC offer Process Engineering on all levels.

Starting point is the basic, general design of a single mill (size, installed power) and the very basic development of a system process flow diagram showing the expected flow rates and process values throughout the grinding plant.

The basic process engineering can be extended to more detailed process engineering that shows recommended machine types, capacities and installed power ratings for each component of the grinding system.

This also applies to the process auditing of existing plants on an expert/design level by comparing recommended capacities with installed machine sizes to identify bottlenecks in the production.

Furthermore the detailed process engineering can be expanded to the type, capacity and location of auxiliary system components e.g. nuisance dust collector systems, transport cleaning devices, heat tracing / cooling devices,...

In addition to in-house process design FraMisUS, LLC offers the detailed review of existing OEM proposed process engineering. This supports the project management in the decision making process by ensuring the comparability of all proposals as well as providing a decision making table listing pros / cons for each proposal.
