Simplifying Grinding Technology - World Wide

Training

Implementing new technology into an existing plant often means to break old habits and the need to set-up new "best practice" procedures. This applies to the installation of new machinery, an update of the existing plant design, but also to the realization of a new Process Control System. Applying new instrumentation and control methods usual require a change in the plant operations. By developing well defined Standard Operating Procedures and organized training classes to implement the "best practices" the operation of the plant may change from a rather uncontrolled situation to a controlled and reliable operation. The improvement in operational control will improve the product quality, the process in general, and the average production rate.

Machine runtime means making money, machine downtime usually means losing money. Sometimes machinery is kept down for extended periods of time due to minor faults that are not properly identified, especially when complex system like hydraulics or lubrication systems for larger equipment is involved or the maintenance practices for new equipment are still new to the plant personnel.

In either case a well organized and structured training for the plant personnel on all levels will improve the plant operation and the machine downtime - hence saving money.

FraMisUS, LLC is able to provide training to all levels of operation, maintenance, engineering and design. Specialized classes for hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, and interlocking design are available, as well as classes for the classifying technology from the very first generation up to today's 3rd generation of HE-Classifier technology.

The training is provided on Basic / Intermediate / Advanced / Expert Levels in the fields of
