- Support the optimization of operations to improve overall efficiency
- Development of customer personnel by providing training

- Conduct and evaluate mill performance measurements
- Support, consult and advise customers in all grinding related issues (mechanic, wear, process, performance)
- Support customers in major repair activities (evaluation of need, preparation of shutdown, execution of works, final restart / optimization)
