When sending an employee into a new environment (either for an assignment over several years, a temporary job that requires a relocation for several months or a full time employment at a branch) all sorts of obstacles may occur. While the business related part of a relocation (office, space, computer/internet, co-workers etc.) typically is very well prepared the HR is not necessarily set-up for the relocation related "side shows". Especially with regards to local rules and regulations and the private life in general.

This may lead to major frustration and even the rejection of further employment in the new environment.

FraMisUs, LLC has extensive experiences in the relocation of personnel out of Germany into the United States of America.

This may include but also is not limited to the following options:

• Training presentation in Germany showing the daily life in the USA, "do's" and "don't do's", general culture (in the neighborhood as well as at work)
• Consulting in matters of immigration, Visa applications and Interviews
• Support in selecting and/or supervising the shipping company when shipping furniture
• Consulting in import/export of vehicles and/or other special goods
• Consulting in the adapting of electric appliances and equipment from European to US standards
• Support in securing temporary living quarters (with/without furniture)
• Support in obtaining final living quarters
• Support in the first installation of electricity, phone, cable connections
• Support in conversion of drivers licenses and other documentation from European standard to US Standard
• Consulting in the first installation of bank accounts / credit cards / credit history in the USA
• Support in the identification and choice of Day care centers, Kindergartens and schools
• Accompaniment of relocation party to official appointments as wanted
• Other services available upon request

All our relocation services are very personal and tailor made to the needs of individuals. A close contact by phone and personal visits / meetings during the first weeks in the USA will be kept until the relocated party is firmly set and all necessary documents have been obtained.
