Plant Operations Support

FraMisUS, LLC is able to provide support to the plant management in performing the following activities:

• Training of plant personnel in all aspects of operation, maintenance and process optimization (incl. Training to introduce SOPs)
• Field Auditing (process / mechanic) of existing plants to identify the actual status of the existing machinery
• Factory Power Audits of existing plants to benchmark the actual plant performance and identify areas with room for improvement
• International Field Services for the preparation and supervision of annual shutdowns for maintenance and repairs and all other Field Service related activities
• Interlocking System Design and review and/or Safety Audits to ensure an easy and safe plant operation. Also optimized interlocking allow an easier start-up and shut-down of the equipment increasing the runtime at best performance hence the annual operation averages
• Preparation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the plant operation and maintenance. This enables the plant operators as well as the maintenance personnel to follow the most efficient state-of-the-art procedures.
